A message dated May 9, 2013, was received stating the Governor                                                                  
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 56                                                                                                          
     "An Act excluding motorcycles and motor-driven cycles from the
